2、 Equipment environmental requirements and technical parameters
2.1 Single channel power supply: AC voltage 220V ± 10%, frequency: 50Hz ± 10%;
2.2 Whole cabinet power supply: AC voltage 380V ± 10%, frequency: 50Hz ± 10%;
2.3 Environmental temperature: 0-45 ℃;
2.4 The environment is free from strong vibrations, corrosive gases, and flammable and explosive gases.
3、 Function Introduction
3.1 Charging and discharging function: It has constant current and constant voltage charging function and constant current discharging function, which can charge and discharge the battery and record the battery capacity;
3.2 Charging and discharging interface: fully meets the requirements of charging and discharging the same port and charging and discharging separate ports for the battery pack, namely 2 wires (P+P -), 3 wires (P+P - C -), and electric tool batteries with positive electrode plate charging protection and negative electrode plate discharging protection (CH+P+P -);
3.3 Checking voltage protection: By charging and discharging the battery, check whether the charging and discharging protection of the battery are working;
3.4 Safety protection: anti reverse connection protection function, power down data protection, support for continuous testing, voltage upper and lower limit setting protection, and safe discharge current protection;
3.5 Online mode: Single or up to 5 instruments can be connected to a PC computer through a serial port; More than 5 units adopt network connection mode, with one network port provided on the PC computer to control up to 30 instruments;
3.6 Control System: The software system adopts the classic and mature C/S mode, with two communication methods: serial port and network. Serial port can achieve accurate communication between several instruments over short distances, while network can achieve accurate communication between multiple instruments over long distances;
